The COVID-19 pandemic has forced businesses all over the country to change the way they operate. CLM Magazine recently spoke to Perry Law founder Meloney Perry and several others working in claims and litigation management about the ways in which they have adapted and stayed connected to their clients and each other.
For Meloney, videoconferencing has been instrumental is staying connected. “Platforms like Zoom have helped make this transition much easier than it would have been otherwise,” she says. “Conference lines are overloaded, so having a reliable system that allows us to speak face-to-face with one another as well as our clients has been a tremendous asset.”
